This biological filter can be used either above-ground or in-ground. Being pressurized by the pond pump, water can be pumped up from the Bioforce to the top of a waterfall, making the filter easy to hide. The filter is available with or without an ultraviolet clarifier. As water spins inside the Bioforce, solids settle on the bottom of the filter. Because the water is pressurized, the interior foam filter can fill with many more beneficial bacteria before the filter becomes blocked.
